Vacuum Arc Extinguishing and Insulation Design
Utilizes a center-sealed ceramic/glass vacuum arc extinguishing chamber with copper-chromium longitudinal magnetic field contacts, offering strong breaking capacity, rapid post-arc insulation recovery, and suitability for frequent operation. The arc extinguishing chamber is longitudinally fitted with an epoxy resin APG process insulation cylinder, providing dust, moisture, and pollution protection, enhancing insulation reliability.
Integrated Spring Operating Mechanism
The mechanism and arc extinguishing chamber are arranged as a single unit, supporting electric/manual energy storage, enabling opening and closing without auxiliary power. Mechanical life ≥10,000 cycles (mainstream specifications ≥20,000 cycles), with a buffer design for no rebound during opening, resulting in long maintenance cycles.
Installation and Adaptability Flexibility
Supports fixed and trolley-type installation. The trolley can be positioned in three positions: working, testing, and maintenance, adapting to the "five-proof" interlocking of central switchgear. Standardized dimensions and electrical interfaces allow for interchangeability with similar products, adapting to various switchgear and OEM requirements.

Five-proof mechanical interlocking prevents misoperation and is compatible with switchgear pressure relief channels; insulating cylinder and sealed design reduce maintenance; centralized secondary circuit terminals facilitate wiring and maintenance.
