Control Unit: Integrated sensorless vector control, low-speed torque up to 150% of rated torque; I/O includes 6DI/2DO/1AI/1AO, supports PTC motor protection; standard STO safety function, optional extended safety options.
Communication and Operation: Supports Profinet, Ethernet IP, Modbus RTU, etc., compatible with TIA Portal debugging; parameter cloning via BOP-2/IOP-2 panel or SD card, high debugging efficiency for Siemens.
Working Principle
The AC input is rectified and filtered to DC. The inverter module outputs adjustable frequency/voltage three-phase power via V/F or sensorless vector control. It supports closed-loop speed control (accuracy ±0.2%) and torque control, making it suitable for general machinery with frequent start-stop and speed adjustment. Built-in PID control and energy-saving mode optimize efficiency under light load.
